SEND emergency: Unviable system will end in lost generation of children without reform
The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has issued an urgent warning about the failing system for supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) in England.

The report highlights severe issues including delayed support, a postcode lottery in access to services, and a lack of understanding from the Department for Education (DfE) about the rising demand for support.
