The SENCO is responsible for the strategic development of provision and practice within their setting. This session will explore some of the key areas for SENCOs to consider to support this aspect of their role, and will provide practical approaches to help them operate strategically including: knowing their schools, ensuring CPD has impact and meaningful evaluation of provision.
