Dave is an experienced teacher and consultant, working within SEND for over 20 years. Initially as a mainstream SENCO and then in an advisory role for the last 10 years supporting 100's of schools across the Northwest region. Dave is now the director of Nao Clarity - Assessment & Training Centre which specialises in supporting schools and individuals around dyslexia, Irlen syndrome and developing inclusive practice that benefits all learners and supports their wellbeing. Dave is an experienced and engaging national trainer and assessor. He also has experience of developing a popular and proven quality mark for schools to work towards which celebrates inclusive classrooms, positive learning environments and accessible curriculums. Dave remains passionate about inclusion and inclusive classrooms, where all learners are supported academically, feel a sense of belonging and with a positive sense of wellbeing.
