Martyn Owen

Martyn has worked in SEND for over 30 years, and has experience of the system as a teacher, head teacher, council officer and parent. He has been a teacher and leader in mainstream and special schools as well as several years as a SENCO and as a secondary Head Teacher. As an LA officer, Martyn has worked as a schools advisor and Head of Inclusion and acts as a SEND peer reviewer for the LGA. He is currently Head of SEND Transformation in Doncaster and oversees the delivery of the ‘Delivering Better Value’ work there.
