Speakers

Ray has been a teacher for over 20 years, beginning his career in the state sector in London where he worked in schools with complex cohorts and held senior leadership roles, including deputy headteacher with responsibility for pastoral care and special educational needs. He joined King's InterHigh in 2021 and currently leads the SEN Services team, supporting over 1,600 students with additional needs. Outside of work, Ray enjoys fell-walking, wild camping, and playing the guitar.
